Once Upon a Time

Here is another TV series that I need to put on some time with ” Once Upon a Time”. The story seems to be mysterious but somehow it caught up my interest because this story talks about fairy tales. But it is not just an ordinary fairy tale because it is a mixture of our favorite childhood fairy tales making an extraordinary twist in the story.

I wasn’t able to watch this from the start but I just had some few episodes of it, but it really made me curious and I’ve got a lot of questions about it, wondering how each character has been connected with each other. While I was watching, it seems like am also solving a puzzle trying to figure out why and what happened. Due to the oozing interest that I had, I immediately googled it up and found out some questions to my answer.
The story began in Storybrooke, where fairy tale people originally lives. Way back, they were living a normal fairy tale life but suddenly Evil queen Evil Queen, Regina (Lana Parrilla), casted a curse towards the people of Storybrooke through a power he acquired from Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle). They were being transported to the real world, erasing down their precious and genuine memories. The only way for the curse to be broken is through Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison), the daughter of Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Prince Charming (Josh Dallas). She was being transported to the real world before she can be cursed. Together with her son, they would be the essential key to heal the curse.

As of now, there are two Seasons that ABC is releasing; Season 1 of 2011 and Season 2 of 2012 and 3013. Season 1 rooted with Snow White’s story in which her happiness together with Prince Charming was interrupted by the queen, posing a threat that she would steal their memories and claimed that she would be the only one who would have a happy ending.

Season 2 is still quite confusing to me, I guess I must follow and learn more from it. Anyway, its a good story, a childhood fairy tale grew up in an adult one. I can’t wait to see.
